Hi, I’m Alex Hunt-Dallison, a self-confessed textile addict and experience junkie.
Having grown up in various parts of the world and travelled a lot with my parents as a child, I was hooked at an early age… and have now spent a large part of my adult life working with artisans and helping them gain access to affluent markets to keep their traditional crafts economically viable.
I use vintage and contemporary textiles from around the world for my soft furnishings. Incorporating them into an interior provides a layer of texture and interest that tells a story.
If the textiles are vintage, I ensure they are not damaged, that they are clean, and that they are all in good condition for their age. Imperfections should be expected and are part of their charm.
Sometimes to use the best parts of a piece of fabric or its pattern, we cut non-standard sizes. This means that our duck feather cushion pads are often made to measure. This may add to the cost of shipping, but we believe that the uniqueness of the end product justifies this.
Please let us know if you prefer a different filling for the cushion pad, due to allergies or any other reason. We are happy to work with you to ensure that you are thrilled with the cushions that you receive.
All of the soft furnishings are limited edition and so, unfortunately, we cannot provide swatches. However, we are happy to work with designers and send you products on a sample basis. Please contact us for more information, or for custom projects that we may be able to help with.
Most of our textile products are suitable for use on sofas or beds, but occasionally they are too delicate. Where necessary we indicate in the product description that the product is best used for decorative purposes only. If you intend to use any of our pieces in particularly “high traffic” or commercial settings, please ask us about the robustness of the textiles and their suitability.
We use only semi-precious stones and either sterling silver or 14K gold fill in our jewelry. In some pieces we incorporate vintage pieces of varying ages. Although these components bring character to our pieces they also require greater care and as they have not been manufactured by us we cannot guarantee their quality. We take every care when sourcing to use pieces that are in excellent condition with no flaws but we cannot guarantee their longevity. We recommend you never allow our pieces to come in contact with perfume of detergents of any kind and limit their contact with water. Leather cuffs should not get wet as this will change the texture of the leather.
We are happy to consider custom orders. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.

By purchasing our vintage pieces, you understand that by their very nature they may have imperfections. We make every effort to describe any damage accurately. We are happy to send additional photographs if you would like them. Please email us at email@example.com with any questions.
