Alexandra Hunt is a British jewellery maker and textile artist.
Born in Chile, she grew up in Europe and various
parts of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Travel has led to her love of handmade things,
the people that craft them, and
the textures and colours that fill their lives.

Alexandra works with artisans in Chile, Mexico,
Argentina, Bolivia and India. She hopes that by
opening up larger and more affluent markets to these
craftspeople, they will find it profitable and
commercially viable to preserve their traditions,
pass them on to the next generation and
conserve their communities’ way of life.
